Please find below all the information relating to delivery and returns of your products ordered on our website.
Our standard delivery timescale is 3 – 5 working days for orders with the UK. Sophie Leonard Country Clothing will not be held responsible for any postal / courier delays, which would be out of our control. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be responsible to follow the normal returns procedure. On receiving delivery of your order, if it is in anyway damaged you must inform us within 48 hours by telephoning 07905562780, otherwise a claim cannot be accepted.
All international orders will be posted via Royal Mail, tracked and signed for service. Delivery timescales will vary, depending on the destination of the order. Sophie Leonard Country Clothing will not be held responsible for any delays within this postal service.
Please Note: There may be small variations between the value of your confirmed foreign currency order and the amount you are finally charged by your card provider. This is due to possible exchange rate fluctuations between two separate service providers.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
If you are able to demonstrate VAT exemption, you will be able to claim back British Value Added Tax (VAT). If you require a VAT invoice please contact us. Customers residing anywhere within the European Union will be unable to reclaim the current UK VAT rate from their purchases.
Please ensure that you contact your local customs office in the country of your delivery to confirm whether or not you may be liable to local import taxes, duty and VAT (or equivalent) upon arrival of any products supplied by Sophie Leonard Country Clothing from the United Kingdom to you. The customer is liable for payment of all import duties; therefore we suggest you contact your local customs office if you have a query regarding this. Delivery may be delayed by local customs because of this but unfortunately this is out of our control.
Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase, however, should you wish to return any item to us a full refund will be issued, minus postage costs.
The item must be returned to us within 14 days – unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact. Please allow up to 28 days for your account to be credited with a refund. Please note that refund value will match the price of garment at time of purchase. If you wish to exchange goods, the item must be returned to us within 14 days – unsoiled and in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags still intact.
Please be aware that bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty.
No refund or exchange will be applicable, under any circumstances, after 14 days of signing for the package. Any returned goods must include a completed copy of our returns and exchange form, which will arrive with your goods, if you cannot find a form please email email@example.com. In the event of an exchange, please let us know exactly what you would like your exchange to be.
We would strongly recommend returning your parcels via a tracking service, as it is your responsibility for returning your items back to us. We will only cover the cost of postage if an item is damaged or faulty. Please note all items are individually quality checked before they leave our warehouse. In the event of any faulty goods being returned to us, it is at our discretion to refund / replace the item.

We are unable to accept any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974). By placing your order you accept all of the above terms and conditions.
